'Hot' Mexican Drink that is great for hot day. One of the best. For this recipe I used is the "Malibu Carribean Rhum" -Coconut.Ingredients:
- 2 parts of Rhum
- 2 parts of Pineapple juice
- 1 part of coconut milk '
- Crushed Ice
Directions:
- Pour ingredients into cocktail shaker, shake well (or use blender)
- Shake well untill all mixed.
- Get two Piña Colada glasses, pour drink into the glasses.
- Decorate with umbrella toothpicks, cherry and pineapple on toothpicks or as you wish.
- Serve chilled
